In 2025, it is important to share the report on wage transparency between men and women with our employees, customers, and friends.
The Salary Transparency Report, created under Law No. 14,611, is one of the mechanisms for monitoring inequality in the workplace.
The reports contain anonymous data that allows for comparison between salaries and between the number of men and women in executive, management, and leadership positions. In addition, information regarding race, ethnicity, nationality, and age within the company must be provided. Thus, Artemobili is now releasing its report for the second half of 2025.
